I received both of the filters exactly as ordered and in a reasonable amount of time. Filters were less expensive than in the stores.

This system is rated as one of the very best on the market (not GE propaganda) for getting the baddies out of your water. Problem is the cost which increases each year at Home Depot and the like. The filters only last around 6 months if you are on well water. I live in an area where the well water smells like poo and is very salty and this system takes away the smell and the bad taste.
