So far we are loving this product. It was a difficult decision to purchase given the expense for essentially a prettily covered piece of foam but our baby girl enjoys it a great deal and it helped her get sleep when she was having major reflux issues. Having her, and subsequently us, get some sleep made the purchase worthy of the cost and purchasing it on Amazon we save $20.

I didn't know this product existed until I happened to pass it in a store. My 7 month old son was not sleeping in his crib due to congestion (he also doesn't seem to like sleeping on his back). He also wasn't taking good naps - which essentially meant that I wasn't sleeping much either. I brought this home, and he's been sleeping through the night almost every night since (I've had it for about 3 weeks).
I think the key with this product is making sure your child is big enough to sleep upright or semi-upright (in the same way that an adult would fall asleep in a lazy-boy). I've had no concerns with safety - my son can't undo the harness and can't pull himself into a sitting position yet. The cover stays put, too. I have this sitting on the floor next to my bed so that I can wake up and check on him during the night. He's always sleeping peacefully - and no congestion - which means we're BOTH sleeping a lot better! Wonderful product!!

This product is not safe. There was a recall and the only thing the company did was to post an 'instructional video'. No refund offered. I contacted the company about it and they just brushed me off. My 2-month old son had a dangerous experience in it even though I was using it properly with the harness fastened and the product placed on the floor. The cover is not secure enough and the harness not placed correctly to hold the infant safely in position. Do not use this product unless you are awake and supervising your child while he/she is in it.
